Supplier of flexible packaging solutions Schubert's owner Gerhard Schubert has appointed his two sons as the new chief executive officers (CEOs) of the company.
They are Gerald Schubert, who headed the Schubert subsidiary IPS (International Packaging Systems) before assuming the role of Schubert sales division manager and Ralf Schubert, who leads the Technical Office and Assembly Division.
While Peter Gabriel has been appointed commercial director and Peter Schneider materials will be the management division head.
Gerhard Schubert will, however, continue to in his overall management role and concentrate on the marketing department.
Germany-based Schubert is a medium-sized family firm with a workforce of currently 650 was responsible for the development of the world's first packaging robots in 1984. It is also active in the field of digital packaging machines.
