Mary Kay has opted for Rexam Personal Care neutral Nea technology for its latest skin care product launch, the anti-aging timewise repair, representing its move to packaging premiumization.
Rexam's neutral Nea dispenser is the company's technology platform for formula protection.
Rexam Personal Care Cosmetics Category Manager Carole Grassi said in today's masstige market, the bar has been raised, in terms of packaging premiumization.
Mary Kay's customized, atmospheric solution was handled by Rexam's Thomaston facility and incorporates the Nea neutral lotion pump, with glass bottle, anodized (in partnership with Anomatic Corporation) metal collar and satin pink cap with engraved Mary Kay logo.
The Nea, available in atmospheric and airless versions, is engineered for smooth actuation, precise dosage and high suction force, said the company.
