Various Sizes of Refrigerated Ready-to-Eat Salads Were Produced at The Topeka, Kan

Reser's Fine Foods of Beaverton, Ore., is voluntarily expanding its October recall of refrigerated ready-to-eat foods due to possible Listeria, officials say.
