Grafica's Nano-PrinTag Was Unveiled at The Recently Concluded Knitshow in Tirupur

Grafica’s Nano-PrinTag, the world’s fastest and first all Electrical-Mechanical automatic Direct-to-Garment Tagless Label Screen Printing Machine was unveiled at the recently concluded KnitShow in Tirupur (11-13th August 2013).

This new machine was unveiled on11th August 2013 by T.R. Srikanth, President, TEKPA in the presence of Shri Anandan.M.S.M, Minister for Forests, Government of Tamil Nadu; Dr. A Sakthivel, Chairman-AEPC; Bhargav Mistry, MD, Grafica; and many other dignitaries from Tirupur garment industry, members of TEA, TEKPA, Dyers Association Tirupur, Team Grafica and Trio Partners of Casual Screen Prints, Grafica’s distributor in Tirupur.

-There was a ‘wow’ moment as Mr. Srikanth unveiled nano-prinTag by cutting ribbon;

- There was thrilling experience as the Minister Anandan kick-started the machine, and

- There was joyous moment when Dr. Sakthivel cut the cake to mark the ‘birth’ of nano-prinTag.

This is yet another breakthrough product from Grafica,” Bhargav told the dignitaries while explaining the key features of nano-prinTag.

“nano-prinTag is an innovative screen printing machine,” said Mr. Srikant. Minister Shri Anandan and Dr.Sakthivel congratulated Bhargav and his team for designing such an innovative machine.

Grafica had also showcased its nano-prinTex, direct to garment textile screen printing machine coupled with nano-flashTex, flash curing system. Live demo was also performed at periodic intervals to demonstrate that the compressor free, pneumatic free nano-prinTex works efficiently and trouble-free.

Bhargav said that Nano-prinTag is designed, keeping in mind the minimum power consumption and minimum maintenance requirement. “The machine runs completely without compressor since there is no pneumatics inside which makes the machine run at rapid speed, trouble free,” he said adding “nano-prinTag has user-friendly touch-screen control panel for easy operation. It is possible to ‘print-flash-print-flash’ multiple times on same piece. Grafica will also offer customised pallets in various sizes and shapes for different applications.”

Nano-prinTag can be used to print tagless neck label, high density labels & logos for t-shirts/shirts, pocket/shoulder logo printing, socks/handkerchief, hand gloves, jeans pocket, vest/ underwear/ innerwear, caps, transfers & high density labels, all types of hosiery, garments & apparels, and many more.
