Bulbrite releases flame- style chandelier LED bulb for vintage look. (Bulbbrite/LEDinside)
Bulbrite innovation combines vintage lighting with the benefits of LEDs resulting in the expansion of its LED Filament Series. Announced at the International Lighting Market, the traditional flame-style chandelier bulbs, tubular shapes and colored bulbs shined as the newest additions.
“Energy-efficient and vintage lighting are growing in popularity and now consumers can select from a lighting series that gives them the perfect combination,” said Eric Choi, Product Manager at Bulbrite. “With a long life of 15,000 hours and consuming 10 times less energy than their incandescent counterparts, the Bulbrite LED Filament Series offers the great look and feel of an incandescent while saving consumers money.”
The new Bulbrite LED Filament series utilizes linear LED strips that can be arranged to emulate the vintage filament styles. By combining the linear LED filaments with the similar tinted glass and the same shapes of its existing Nostalgic series, Bulbrite brings the benefits of LED to the growing popularity of vintage lighting.
The new Bulbrite LED Filament Series lineup includes a clear finish, antique finish, and colored options. Available in both medium (E26) base options for use in pendants and portable bulbs as well as candelabra (E12) base options for use in chandeliers and sconces, the line covers a wide variety of lighting applications. Bulbrite LED filaments bulbs are UL rated for damp locations and are dimmable when paired specifically with approved Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) Dimmers.
Bulbrite has long been known for its line of specialty bulbs, particularly for the early introduction of their Edison-style Nostalgic replicas in the early 1980s. Today, with over 30 different models to choose from, the Nostalgic Series of vintage style filaments help consumers create custom lighting designs within their home. Bulbrite has been known within the industry as the “King of Nostalgics”.
Bulbrite’s LED Filament Series including mini-Nostalgic, Nostalgic Signature, Nostalgic Globe, Nostalgic A-Shape, Chandelier, S-Shape, Dimmable Chandelier and Dimmable A-Shape bulbs are available now. Additional Standard, Nostalgic and Colored LED Filaments as well as Single and Multi-Strand Starry Lights will be available October 2015.
