UK-based LV= Broker has launched an improved motorcycle insurance policy with wider coverage and enhanced underwriting to cover bikes with 600cc engines, as part of its plan to enhance its market position in the country.
The new Highway branded policy provides coverage for bike replacement for vehicles that are six months old, part from replacement lock coverage in the event of bike loss or stolen keys.
In addition, the policy will also cover adventure and 'naked' bikes.
LV= Broker personal lines director Michael Lawrence said, "We have developed this new product following feedback from our brokers.
"We believe this product will enable us to increase our share of the bike market and become a top three bike insurer in the very near future."
