Cash & Associates Inked an Agreement with Digital Insurance

Florida-based Cash & Associates has inked an agreement with Digital Insurance, a US-based employee benefits-only agency, to merge its health insurance and benefits division into the Orlando office of Digital Benefit Advisors (DBA).

The new operation, which will trade as a division of Digital Insurance, will provide Cash & Associates' clients with improved services and assist to better navigate the impending challenges of health care reform.

Commenting on the merger, DBA/Orlando managing principal Bruce Goin said, "Uniting Cash & Associates group benefits department with our DBA/Orlando expands services available to all clients and bolsters our presence in the central Florida market."

The direct policy holders will get access to a Customer Advocate Center, where licensed Digital representatives will answer questions related to benefits and policy.

Established in 1980, Cash & Associates will continue offering retirement and estate planning services to the independent firm's 40 corporate customers and more than 200 individual clients.

Most recently, the company acquired Fallick Insurance Services of Mountain View, California, with an aim to enhance employee benefits client services.

Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial (FNF), Digital Insurance specializes in medical insurance for small businesses and mid-sized companies.
