On-line inspection equipment manufacturer Agr international has inaugurated the new Agr Bangkok facility, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agr International (USA).
Through its new facility, the company will manage all of the sales, service and support operations for Agr equipment in the Pan Pacific region including India, Japan, Australia and the countries in between.
Agr central European sales and service center former director Küstner said the company will present for the first time with a direct Agr subsidiary in the Pan Pacific Region with the new operation.
"We are looking forward to serving all our customers in this region with an increased team here directly from Bangkok," Küstner added.
A local service and sales team in the same time-zone is expected to allow a quicker response time to customer calls and provide better service.
The company offers various equipment and services designed to meet the quality assurance and process management needs of the global container and packaging industries.
