BOBST is all set to introduce its new technologies for printing & converting plastic film and flexible materials.

The company will introduce its new BOBST General Registron Hawkeye monitoring system that detects, counts and categorizes pinholes and other defects from 0.1mm upwards, at full metallizer speed.

Information on lamination will be available on the BOBST CL850/CL1000 multi-technology and SL 850/SL1000 solventless laminators, on the ROTOEXTRUDER extrusion coating & laminating lines, as well as on the coating machines including the new silicone coating line, ROTOSIL.

For flexo printing, the company will introduce the F&K 20SIX, which features print widths up to 1'650mm, repeats up to 1'200mm and speeds up to 600m/min.

The models of the system have been designed to cover the packaging printing demands range and provide change-over capacity and an array of technologies aimed at productivity improvement.

BOBST will introduce its solutions at the ArabPlast exhibition from 7 to 10 January 2013 to be held in Dubai.
