Perry Ellis Has Entered Into a License Agreement with South Pacific Apparel

Perry Ellis has entered into a license agreement in Australia and New Zealand with South Pacific Apparel, Ltd., for men's sportswear like polos, t-shirts, casual shirts, denim and pants under the Farah vintage brand.

The new collection will launch in Spring 2016 in department, chain and specialty stores as well as online with The Iconic, Australia's largest online multi-branded ecommerce platform.

According to a Perry Ellis press release, the Farah vintage brand is rooted in rich heritage and bolstered by street credibility, leveraging creative ambassadors to drive success.

“These extraordinary individuals are empowered to become product developers, storytellers and educators inspiring millions of consumers,” it added.

“For fashion-minded hipsters in East London and international artists alike, the name Farah represents a melting of bold style and solid quality that resonates with youth of all walks,” the retailer observed.

Perry Ellis Inks Deal with South Pacific for Farah Brand

Farah products are sold internationally through major retailers and company-owned retail stores, and as well as on its website.

Perry Ellis CEO George Feldenkreis said, “Our Company looks forward to working closely with South Pacific Apparel with targeted marketing and social media campaigns.”

“We will execute our strategy to extend the reach of our global brands across product categories, distribution channels and geographies to drive further growth and profitability," he too added.
