RPC Kerkrade Has Developed New User-Friendly Polypropylene Bottles for Dreidoppel

RPC Kerkrade has developed new user-friendly polypropylene bottles for Dreidoppel, a German manufacturer of bakery, confectionery and ice cream ingredients.

The extrusion blow molded packaging manufacturer has created the bottles in two sizes to meet the varying requirements of the food company.

Both the bottles are produced in white with a large label area and are suitable for hot filling.

The 950ml version is blow molded in monolayer polypropylene for the company's Pastarom Classic range of flavors.

Incorporating a multilayer PP/EVOH/PP construction, the small 475ml bottle has been developed for the Pastarom range of ice cream and dessert toppings for the foodservice sector. The layers give the flavors an extended shelf life of up to 18 months.

RPC created a curved 'grip pack' design, which features indented sides with ridges making the bottle easy to hold and product easy to dispense.

According to RPC, a nozzle available with the flip cap can be tailored to different dosing requirements.

Dietmar Hartkopf of Dreidoppel said, "The new bottles ideally reflect the quality of our products, and their user-friendliness further enhances brand image."
