Filtration solutions provider Vokes Air and Filtac A/S are to merge their Danish businesses in order to better serve the local market. The combined business brings together the air filtration expertise of both companies and will create one of the largest players in the Danish market. Filtac A/S managing director Johnny Hauballe, who will head-up the new Danish organisation, said: “The cultures and business models of both companies are very complimentary so we are all excited about the synergies afforded by the merger and the opportunities that they will bring. ” The combined company will operate under the Vokes Air A/S name and be based in Hvidovre.
