Virtusize Announces More Partnerships with Renowned Fashion Brands in The UK

Virtusize, the award winning virtual fitting solution used by global online retailer ASOS, announces more partnerships with renowned fashion brands in the UK. Monsoon, Acne Studios and Country Attire are the latest online stores committing to the Virtusize solution, allowing online shoppers to ‘virtually’ try on an item of clothing.

Its garment-to-garment 2D illustrator allows shoppers to compare the size and fit of an item of clothing they wish to buy with one they already own. For retailers Virtusize has proven to reduce size and fit related returns by up to 50%, increase conversion and improve the shopping experience for customers shopping online.

A positive response from retailers and shoppers has meant Virtusize has rapidly grown in 2013 and the solution is now available on 225,000 garments across 30 online retailers internationally.

“It is important for us at Monsoon Accessorize to constantly improve the shopping experience for our customers. Illustrating the size and fit of our clothes in an intuitive and simple way is an important part of it. Returns are an on-going problem for online retailers and Virtusize is helping us to tackle this challenge,” said Michael Wood, Head of Website at Monsoon Accessorize.

"Virtusize’s garment-to-garment comparison is the most accurate way for our customers to understand which size to choose and how an item will fit,” said Richard Parker, Managing Director at Country Attire.

Peder Stubert, Co-Founder at Virtusize says, “It’s good to be working with more forward-thinking retailers in the UK. We have had a great year so far. We have continued our international expansion, won a prestigious retail award and we were named as one of Europe’s leading technology companies. We look forward to building on our success and developing these relationships with our new partners in 2014."
