Diary Supplier Collins Debden Plans to "Rejuvenate" The Australian Entry-Level

Diary supplier Collins Debden plans to "rejuvenate" the Australian entry-level, refillable pen category with the launch of the American FranklinCovey range.

"With a reputation as an esteemed stationery and business to business brand in the USA, FranklinCovey has joined forces with Cross to launch a stunning new collection of quality, affordable writing instruments in Australia with Collins Debden," Collins Debden marketing and product development manager Kim Henretty told Stationery News.

"This unique relationship was created to rejuvenate the Australian entry-level, refillable pen category and to drive success in this category; FranklinCovey's strength and global status have been combined with Cross' fine writing strategies at key price points," she said.

"As such, the new FranklinCovey writing instruments have been designed with Cross' core values in mind – these include: quality, design, innovation, full assortment, packaging, promotions, value-for-money, quality, customisation and lifetime mechanical guarantees."

FranklinCovey writing instruments, both printed and engraved, comprise the  Norwich ballpoint pen ($19.95 RRP) and the  Lexington ballpoint and pencil set ($49.95 RRP). The range also includes the Freemont, Greenwich and  Hinsdale models.
