Anki, a company dedicated to 'bringing robotics out of the labs and into our living rooms,' has launched its Anki Drive in the UK.
The Anki Drive is an interactive battle racing game that sees racers interact with a free iOS app to race AI cars and add weapons to vehicles.
"The toys we've played with for the last decade really haven't changed much," said Boris Sofman, CEO and founder of Anki.
"We wanted to completely re-think the way we play using AI and robotics.
"With Drive, we're taking what people loved about their favourite race car growing up, layering in the challenging game play found in video games, and giving it a 21st century boost. We're modernising the race car experience so that you and your friends can have more fun."
Anki Drive is available for £179.99 at Apple retail stores and Apple.com. Additional expansion cars are available for £49.99.
