A-B-C Packaging Machine Is Set to Display Its New Packaging Depalletizer

A-B-C Packaging Machine is set to display its new packaging depalletizer at the Pack Expo International 2013, which will be held from 23 to 25 September in Las Vegas, US.

Dubbed A-B-C Model 108 bulk depalletizer, the solution is designed for packagers seeking maximum flexibility while feeding empty containers to one or multiple packaging lines, due to its ability to run various container types and styles without downtime for changeover.

The system can interchangeably run plastic, glass, metal and composite containers by sensing the load dimensions, followed by gentle and smooth depalletization at speeds to four layers per minute.

Integrated with stabilizing mechanisms on both primary and secondary layer, four side container load control, and tier sheet control for container stability and layer shifting elimination, the palletizer can also automatically remove and stack picture frames, tier sheets, inverted trays and pallets.

A-B-C Model 108 offers both low level and high level models, with discharge heights ranging from 36" to 144".

Additional company's products to be displayed include case erector that seals with hot melt adhesive at speeds to 40 cpm, and low level palletizer that can run cases, bags, trays, totes or multipacks in multiple pallet patterns at high speeds.
