Masterband has adopted the pre-mixed and frozen process for its epoxy syringes packaigng, which are used in various industries.
As a result of undergoing the process, the premixed and ready to use syringes eliminate waste, and save time, in order to avoid many problems associated with mixing two components, reported azom.com.
According to the firm, the syringes' sizes range from 1cc, 5cc to 10cc and are engineered for manual and automatic dispensing equipment, which are then shipped in cartons packed with dry ice that are insulated.
MasterBond's specialty packaging is designed for several applications including production, design and maintenance, repair and field service, claims the firm.
