Florida Tile's Time/2.0 Offers a Unique Tone-on-Tone Effect in Nine Earthy, Neutral Tones

A new, durable, commercial-grade, through-body floor and wall tile line from Florida Tile called Time/2.0 offers a unique tone-on-tone effect in nine earthy, neutral tones.

According to Sean Cilona, Marketing Director, "Time/2.0 uses the latest double-loaded processes in the Florida Tile's expanding manufacturing arsenal to achieve the effect. This is very different from traditional marble veining or the "salt and pepper" double-loaded looks."

"Each color is comprised of a solid-body pigment that sets the overall tone of the tile," Cilona explained. "The smooth, rich body is then decorated with slightly contrasting shades, created by individual granules of color that vary in dimension depth, thickness and pattern."

"It is these granules that achieve the unique tone-on-tone effect unlike any other tile in the market," he added. "The beauty of the line comes from this simple play on color that on the surface seems simple, but in reality presents a complex balance of shade, tone and texture."

The extensive color palette consists of 9 colors ranging from a Snow White to Deep Black. Other colors include Beige, Carbon, Cream, Dove, Grey, Silver and White.

The line is available in 12x12, 6x24, 12x24, and 24x24-inch formats, all rectified, and in three finishes… natural, polished and textured. Trims include 3x12-inch polished and natural bullnose, as well as cove base and corners.

Decorative mosaics are also offered in the standard M12 as well as a new 12x24 RSP that combines both colors and textures to create three exceptional designs.

Time/2.0 is both Porcelain Tile and GREENGUARD certified and is suitable for all commercial and residential floor, wall and countertop applications.
