Hubergroup Buys Alden & Ott Printing Inks Company

Hubergroup, USA has acquired Alden & Ott Printing Inks Company for an undisclosed sum.

The company intends to hold the all employees and management team of the acquired business to support the business, specifically in the Midwest and Northeast regions.

In 1957, Joe Alden and Henry Ott established Alden & Ott Printing Inks, which produces multiple products ranging from heat set to sheet fed, UV inks and flexo inks.

The company produces custom solutions for both the offset and flexo printing markets in the Midwest and Northeast.

Alden & Ott produces flexo inks and offset inks, which can be used in multiple applications. The company’s flexo products include G-Force film ink system that can be used on screens, small type and solids.

G-Verse is a paper ink system, which can be used on a range of substrates ranging from coated and uncoated paper to polyester films.

The firm’s offset inks can be used on all types of multi color presses, including both paper and board substrates.
