Iconix Receives Non-Compliance Notice From NASDAQ

Iconix Brand Group, Inc. received a customary deficiency notice from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Staff due to the company’s delay in the filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended Dec 31, according to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

On Mar. 14, Iconix said it had delayed the filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2015, beyond the March 15, 2016 extended filing due date. As previously disclosed in the company's Form 8-K on Feb. 18, 2016 the company is in the process of restating its historical financial statements for the fiscal years ended Dec. 31, 2013 and 2014 and the first three quarters of 2015. It anticipates filing its Form 10-K by March 30, 2016. 

Iconix's sports-related brands include Starter, Umbro, Ocean Pacific, Danskin and Pony. Iconix also owns Candie's, Bongo, Joe Boxer, Rampage, Mudd, Mossimo, London Fog, Rocawear, Cannon, Royal Velvet, Fieldcrest, Charisma, Waverly, Zoo York, Sharper Image, Lee Cooper, Ecko Unltd. and Marc Ecko. In addition, Iconix owns interests in the Artful Dodger, Material Girl, Peanuts, Ed Hardy, Truth Or Dare, Billionaire Boys Club, Ice Cream, Modern Amusement, Buffalo and Nick Graham.
