Keyimpact Acquires Premium Packaging Group

KeyImpact Sales & Systems, a foodservice sales and marketing agency in the US, has announced the acquisition of Premium Packaging Group (PPG), a foodservice packaging and supply sales agency.

This acquisition is the third by KeyImpact in 2017, and is expected to expand its operations in the Kansas and Missouri markets in the US.

Mike Privitera, who has more than 40 years of experience in the packaging and supply industry, established PPG in April 2001 to forge long-term industry relationships by providing quality products to targeted end-users and creating positive growth for all parties.

KeyImpact expects PPG to contribute to its packaging and supply growth strategy.

Mike Privitera said: “We are excited to be joining the KeyImpact team. There are a lot of opportunities for growth throughout the packaging and supply category.”

“We look forward to an exciting future and contributing to the continued expansion of KeyImpact’s packaging and supply business across the nation,” Privitera added.

KeyImpact chief executive officer Dan Cassidy said: “Mike and his team bring four decades of packaging and supply experience, relationships, and leadership to KeyImpact.”

“We’re thrilled to have them joining our team. As we look to expand our packaging and supply business, Mike and his team will be great contributors to that effort.”

KeyImpact was formed through a merger of Key Brokerage in New Jersey and Impact Sales in Maryland in 2000.

KeyImpact provides sales and marketing services to distributors and operators in the foodservice segment. It has presence in 49 states in the US with expertise in areas such as sales, marketing, culinary, military, K-12, retail, college and university, national and regional commercial chains, recreation, and distribution.
