Kelly Leaves Depesche UK to Set up Brookfield Associates Limited Consultancy

His new venture will specialise in sales and marketing training and development as well as offer solutions to companies seeking high-level interim appointments.

Depesche UK, the team behind the popular Top Model range, has bid a fond farewell to its former head of UK and ROI sales, David Kelly.

Kelly leaves the company after 11 successful years to embark on a new project – setting up Brookfield Associates Limited consultancy – with his brother, John.

During his 11 year tenure with the company, Kelly, 42 was responsible for creating the UK market for numerous Depesche brands, including Top Model and My Style Princess.

His efforts at transforming such properties in to some of the UK’s leading girls creative ranges, have been highly praised by the firm.

His new venture will specialise in sales and marketing training and development as well as offer solutions to companies seeking high-level interim appointments.

“Apart from achieving considerable sales success with Depesche, I was also responsible for establishing clear business processes which underpinned those results.,” he said.

“At BAL we plan to use this experience to support companies in the toy, gift and greetings industry by offering bespoke one to one services where we asses areas for development and improvement within any company’s existing sales and marketing teams.

“We can audit and train teams to create effective KPIs and establish processes which set clear objectives. And we can help to recruit a sales team, or benchmark existing teams to highlight potential senior managers of the future.”
