DST Is Launching New Dye Sublimation Inks on Their New Domain DyeSub

Digital Sign Technologies (DST) is launching new dye sublimation inks on their new domain www.DyeSub.ink to simplify ordering textile inks online. The new dye sublimation inks display extended color gamut and extra-deep black, and have been tested to show no color bleeding, migration and overspray defects commonly associated with textile inks. To add, this ink prevents paper cockling and greatly extends print head longevity, which has been a life-long problem of dye sub ink users.

The main concern with other dye sublimation inks is that they cause frequent print head clogging, jet outages and other problems affecting output quality, which causes businesses to invest heavily in purchasing new print heads. The cartridges and ink bags supplied by DST are filled using the company’s proprietary degassing technology which ensures the ink is completely free of dissolved gasses, which in turn guarantees its exceptionally stable performance.

The dye sub ink is offered in 1-liter bottles, 440ml ink cartridges and 1-liter ink bags for use with the bulk systems. It’s compatible with all printers based on Epson heads: Epson, Mimaki, Roland, Mutoh, D-Gen and others.

Digital Sign Technologies has been delivering alternative printing consumables for the past 15 years. It pioneered printing inks for wide-format printers, cartridge chip solutions, bulk ink feeding systems, and print head recovery systems.
