AAFA Announced "The Race to Omnichannel Excellence"

The American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) announced "The Race to Omnichannel Excellence," a one-day leadership seminar featuring industry leaders and top digital commerce experts who will share their experiences in achieving ambitious Omnichannel goals and results through unique initiatives relative to their own businesses.

"The Race to Omnichannel Excellence" will be held at the New York offices of PwC at 300 Madison Avenue on November 5, 2013, in New York, NY. 

The seminar will feature important and relevant topics related to building an Omnichannel business that satisfies global consumers unique purchasing characteristics and cultural distinctions, making major strategic decisions necessary in developing an effective transportation network order management system, and the technology must-haves, pit falls and solutions required to support an Omnichannel business.

The seminar keynote address will be delivered by Jeff Megibow, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Omnichannel eCommerce for American Eagle Outfitters.  In his role, Megibow has global responsibility for the American Eagle and Aerie online businesses (desktop and mobile), ownership of omnichannel customer-facing technology, CRM/loyalty, online marketing, analytics, and customer service.  Other speakers include representatives from Amazon, Lilly Pulitzer, VF Corporation, Carter's/Osh Kosh, PwC, MarkMonitor, OHL Contract Logistics, and FitForCommerce.
