In the first half of 2012, Chinese solar water heaters achieved an export quantity of 310 thousand units, with a drop of 15.7% year on year; and the export value reached 61 million dollars, down 6.1% year on year.
The major importers were Mexico, South Africa, Germany, India, Mauritius, Republic of Korea, Romania, Vietnam, Poland and Lebanon and so on.
The major exporting cities/provinces were Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province, in which Zhejiang's cumulative export value of Chinese solar water heaters occupied more than an half of the total export value of Chinese solar water heaters.
