The company will display semi-automated workstations EZH-B, EZH-S, EZH-BH, that offer superior stitching performance with circular bottom, open sleeve, and overlock blind hemming styles. They are also useful labour-saving devices and user-friendly.

Yamato will showcase deskillizing workstations for critical operations like speedier round-neckband attaching, free from puckering and shape-off, pucker-free binding. Besides the advanced features as a package, these workstations can also be used for other operations for better efficiency in equipment investment, the company informs in a media release.

The Japanese firm is set to exhibit coverseam machine with super high seam elasticity, with Yamato’s “Active Thread Control” Technology. This provides higher productivity and less risk for trouble, such as needle breakage. Yamato’s variable top/bottom feeder, which will be a part of the show, also eliminates any distortion in finish and gives a neat outlook for the textiles.

Yamato will also exhibit self-locked Seam End provided by “UTQ” sewing machines that helps eliminate tacking at overlapped portion of circular coverseam. It also helps save, time, cost, and material. The company’s Unique Standard Machines, namely, Flatbed Flatseamer, which enhances finished quality of garments and SUV-like coverseamer and helps sew through very heavy portion eliminating yarn breakage at cross seam of fleece, will also be present at the expo.
