Crown Aerosol Packaging North America, a business unit of Crown Holdings, is offering a complete range of 45mm diameter aerosol containers.
The containers, which are easy-to-grip with decorative finishes and textures, are ideal for beauty and personal care product applications including shaving cream, makeup, hairspray, sun tan lotion, perfume, body spray and deodorant.
According to the company, the containers are built with advanced metal decorating techniques that allow manufacturers to market small number of products.
Crown Aerosol Packaging North America marketing manager Melissa Quintana said smaller aerosol packaging is growing in popularity as it is easier and more convenient for people to take their favorite products in handbags, gym bags or personal luggage.
"At the same time, these smaller formats are suitable for consumers who value the premium look and feel of personal care packaging but who are looking to either purchase smaller volumes of their favorite brands or prefer to trial new products without committing to the cost of buying full size containers," Quintana added.
The containers, which feature a lean, easy-to-grip ergonomic profile, also possess an aesthetic appeal for male as well as female consumers alike.
Currently, Crown offers a wide range of steel aerosol containers in the slim 45mm diameter line. These containers have fill volumes ranging from 4.7oz up to 9.1oz.
The company also offers aerosol containers that are slim. They also said to be ideal for various other pharmaceutical and household goods markets, and partcularly for homes with limited storage.
Customers can easily dispose the metal aerosol containers as they are 100% recyclable.
