Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Block has advantages as follows: light weight, high strength, ideal precast building material, superb heat to suffer, fire and sound resistance. It also offers construction solutions which are cost economic as well as energy efficient. AAC is made from silicon material (silica sand, or recycled fly ash) and calcium material (lime, cement), mixed with foaming additive (aluminum powder), batched with water. It is made into the multi-cell silicate product by the processes of molding, pre-curing, cutting, evaporating and curing. AAC Blocks are widely used in various constructions, such as load bearing and pillar structure Buildings, Boundary walls, Roads, Culverts.

Batching,Mixing,Casting

ZG's computerized dosing and mixing plant produces slurry finally and slurry is poured into a mould. The slurry in the mould rises and stiffens to build a cake with millions of tiny pores. Aluminum powder will be measured by manual, and added into aluminum mixer to be prepared to suspend the liquid one by one for each mould.The finished suspending liquid can be directly added into the casting mixer. The slurry temperature should arrive at the required process temperature before coasting. And mould will be moved to the bottom of the casting mixer by ferry car.

Cutting and Grouping

After pre-curing, the green block arrives at the required strength. Then the crane will take it to the cutting machine section. After removing the mould, the green block will be cut according to the required size. The green block after cutting will be moved to the curing trolley with the bottom plate by using crane to group in front of autoclave. The seven trolleys provide each autoclave with 14 pieces of green block.

Autoclaved and finished product

The green block after grouping, will be moved into the autoclave by windlass for curing. After curing, the product will be pulled out of autoclave, and be sent to the store yard.

Packing

After unloading and sorting, the packing system immediately handles the whole range of AAC products. The capacity of ZG's production plants usually ranges from 150 to 2000 m'/day (5.000 to 70.000 ft'/ day).
