Fisher Group Doubles Capacity

Label printers and plastic fabricators distributor Fisher Group has shifted its operations into new larger facility on the northwest side of Salt Lake City, US.

The company moved the operations into 83,000ft² facility to expand the manufacturing, storage and distribution capacity of its products.

The new headquarters is a modern warehouse building, which accommodates the operations the operations of all units.

Fisher Group is the holding company for Regional Supply, Plastic Fabricating and American Label.

Regional Supply is involved in wholesale distribution, as well as large format digital printers, screen printers, commercial sign makers and installers.

American Label provides adhesive backed labels and flexible packaging solutions to the customers.

Plastic Fabricating distributes all types of thermoforming, CNC routing and specialty fabricating solutions.

Fisher Group president and CEO David Fisher said: “When it came time to move from our previous location, we were thrilled to settle into this larger facility within Salt Lake City—where all three companies could be housed under one roof.

“It’s a newly renovated building, with higher ceilings and more cubic feet, that gives us a very comfortable environment in which to work.”

Regional Supply unit was established in 1951, and was expanded into sign supply business and plastics by 1959. In 1988, all three businesses were moved to a facility in southwest Salt Lake City.

In 2008, David Fisher acquired the units and named it as Fisher Group, which continued as label printers, plastic fabricators and sign supply distributor.
