Trade Resources Industry Views The Chinese Market Demand for Glass Remained Low

The Chinese Market Demand for Glass Remained Low

Shanghai stocks slightly dropped in midday trading, losing 0.22 percent to 2,234.61 points. The decline in the benchmark index was due to falling share prices in glass and wine sectors.

The market demand for glass remained low, partly due to the bad performance in the real estate sector. As storage increases, the price of glass shares turns negative.

Shandong Jinjing Science and Technology lost 1.72 percent to 3.42 yuan, while Anhui Fangxing Science & Technology dropped 1.51 percent to 17.61 yuan.

The wine sector began to see profit taking after a recent surge. Share prices generally went down.

Hebei Hengshui Laobaigan Liquor lost 2.23 percent to 25.40 yuan, while Shanxi Xinghuacun Fen Wine decreased 2.00 percent to 16.16 yuan.
