Nordson has introduced the new TruFlow meters, which enable monitoring and control of material flow during all phases and line speeds of production for nonwovens, packaging, book and product assembly applications.
With the new variation management capability in place, manufacturers can measure and enhance material delivery and dispensing.
According to the company, the TruFlow meters, which join the family of TruFlow applicators and dividers, also enable manufacturers to reduce waste, improve product quality and improve production efficiency.
The positive-displacement TruFlow meters measure actual material flow rates and operate across a broad flow range, 10-500 cc's per minute, and a spectrum of material viscosities and temperatures.
As TruFlow meters have a durable design and construction they can be easily installed. They are adaptable to most production environments.
