Pro Mach Will Be Acquired by The Affiliates of AEA Investors From The Jordan Company

Packaging company Pro Mach will be acquired by the affiliates of AEA Investors from The Jordan Company for an undisclosed amount.

Pro Mach manufactures packaging and processing equipment solutions and also provides training, installation, parts and services. The company helps in improving packaging line performance for sectors like food, beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and industrial goods.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2014 with Barclays Capital acting as financial advisor.

The company's flexible packaging group also sells, integrates and supports Toyo Jidoki, Inever, and FLtècnics brand equipment.
