It's reported that some of the rebar mills in Taiwan considered to temporarily stopping offering new prices for next year since there are only three working days in the first week of January due to New Year holiday.

Besides, the unpredictable scrap prices have made the Taiwanese rebar mills to postpone price offer for next week.

The Taiwanese rebar makers said that it's too risky to take any new order at this moment as the scrap prices are increasing and the supply is limited in the market.
