Kush Bottles Hires New Sales Team for Nevada Marijuana Market

Kush Bottles has hired a new sales and support team, led by Carmen Lam, to handle the rapidly growing legal cannabis market in Nevada.

According to ABC News, recreational marijuana sales have exceeded expectations, with long lines outside dispensaries since Saturday, when Nevada became the fifth state with shops selling cannabis to the public.

The demand for cannabis in Las Vegas has been compared to the arrival of a new iPhone, with customers waiting for hours and purchasing with enthusiasm, according to USAToday. Kush Bottles' customers in the area confirm that they are selling at rapid pace.

The market in the Silver State is expected to outpace all others in the nation, until California starts its sales in January, the Washington Times wrote.

More than 42 million tourists flock to Las Vegas every year for business and pleasure. They are expected to make nearly two of every three recreational marijuana purchases in the state, according to the Associated Press.

Those 21 and older with a valid ID can buy up to one ounce of cannabis, which must be sold in certified, child-resistant packaging.

Currently, the state has licensed 44 dispensaries to sell recreational cannabis. Thirty-nine of those shops are in the Las Vegas area.

The Reno Gazette Journal says that with Nevada being one of the top tourist and business destinations in the world, "the cannabis industry is set to take another big step forward."

"As we ramp up our sales and supply chain teams to keep up with dynamic market conditions and increased demand for our products, we are pleased to provide our valued customers in Nevada with dedicated customer support personnel, a wide portfolio of quality products, and the best service in the industry," said Nicholas Kovacevich, Co-Founder and CEO of Kush Bottles.

Kush Bottles, Inc. provides unique products and services for both businesses and consumers in the legal, regulated cannabis industry. The company is a leading provider of packaging, supplies, vaporizers, accessories, branding solutions and terpenes
