Oxford Golf Will Use WFX PLM for Apparel Product Development

Oxford Golf, a division of Oxford Industries, Inc., has selected WFX Cloud PLM for product lifecycle management (PLM) software. Oxford Golf will use WFX PLM for apparel product development, and the technology will be the cornerstone of its software systems.

Once implemented, the WFX PLM platform will be a critical tool for the Oxford Golf design, technical design, merchandising, and sourcing teams. The technology will allow the teams to leverage a centralized database that keeps everyone on the most current version of product information. WFX’s cloud-based delivery model will also facilitate real-time collaboration among its US and overseas offices, as well with its suppliers across the globe.

“WFX met our key requirements with an out-of-the-box solution that was both flexible and cost-effective,” said Debra Miller, Oxford Golf’s Vice President of Design and Merchandising.

“WFX is cloud-based and only requires an Internet browser, which provides for a faster implementation without consuming busy internal IT resources.”

“Oxford Golf‘s selection of WFX is especially gratifying,” noted WFX CEO Jatin Paul, “given Oxford Industries’ already has an on-premise PLM solution in place for use by its other divisions yet decided to deploy WFX Cloud PLM for its growing Oxford Golf brand.”
