Danish press manufacturer Nilpeter is set to introduce two new printing presses and unveil a new corporate-wide initiative ‘NEXT’ that increases the company’s focus on technological innovation and help label and packaging converters.
Nilpeter chief operating officer Peter Eriksen said label and flexible packaging converters faced with the pressures of volatile raw material prices and the trend to shorter runs and require smarter ways of delivering without compromising quality.
"Through the NEXT initiative, we are refocusing our resources, people and expertise, to overcome these challenges and support the converter with long-term, competitive advantages," Eriksen added.
Nilpeter's new initiative signals the company's proposal to add value by optimizing the packaging-label printing process and generating opportunities for venturing into new markets.
