Apparel & Accessories Trade Show Zoom by Fatex From Feb 12

One of the key advantages of ZOOM by fatex is the consistency and reliability of its offer. As in February 2012, the upcoming winter session will host 130 exhibitors, all specialist subcontracting and co-contracting manufacturers taking on custom work for the mid/high-end ready-to-wear and accessories market.

This consistency in the show’s offer of apparel, accessories, leatherwear, lingerie and home textile manufacturing techniques has been a crucial part of the show’s concept since its inception four years ago. ZOOM was designed from the outset as a B2B event with an unfailingly reliable offer.

This durability is confirmed by the fact that close to 85% of exhibitors come back a second time. Credit for this outstanding loyalty is of course due to the show’s visitors who, season after season, meet suppliers attuned to the market and their business goals, and see the show as a rich source of new manufacturing techniques for their collections.

EXHIBITORS IN FEBRUARY 2013
Visitors to ZOOM will find the usual range of manufacturers and suppliers of goods and services to the apparel and accessories sector. The Moroccan, Romanian and Tunisian pavilions will be the largest, almost identical to the February 2012 session.

- Portugal continues to offer quality products, especially in the knitwear, childrenswear and lingerie segments.
- Turkey will be there as usual with an offer centred on polo shirts and shirting.
- The Mauritian pavilion has been revamped, better to display the offer, including a full range of circular and flat knits, while Madagascar is giving this session a miss having worked hard in September.
- The Polish offer consists of a small number of loyal exhibitors who have built up a steady customer base.
- The Lithuanian, contingent, always an active presence, is smaller but more
specialised.
- Italy this session is coming with more high-end knitwear, accessories and outerwear manufacturers.
- Bulgaria, a first-time exhibitor in September, is returning with the Inter Moda Trading group.
- France will of course be present but with fewer exhibitors than in September due to Made in France following soon after (10 & 11 April 2013).

ANIMATIONS
- Made In – an exhibition of the know-how, techniques and manufacturing secrets of the Zoom exhibitors. One silhouette per country, photographed and featured in an international catwalk presenting the know-how and design partnerships supported by each country.
- The Première Vision Pluriel trails will be represented at Zoom. Recycled will focus on exhibitors with Max Havelaar or Eco Trade certification. Zoom will feature a selection of beachwear manufacturers, from Morocco, Tunisia and Mauritius in particular.
- A second presentation on worldwide sourcing for 2013 will be given by the Fédération de la Maille et de la Lingerie during the show.
