Singapore-based privately held insurance broker Lockton has appointed Angel Kuan as the new development director of its Global Technology and Privacy Practice
Under her new role, Kuan will primarily be responsible for the development of cyber and other non-conventional insurance programs throughout Asia.
Lockton Global Technology and Privacy Practice partner and head Ben Beeson said the company is continuously making investments in its cyber risk team to support growing client requirements.
''Angel will be based in Lockton's Singapore office and will spearhead our move into Asia," Beeson added.
Kuan holds extensive insurance industry expertise, and has worked with international broking firms to develop solutions for specialty casualty insurance, including aviation, clinical trials, directors & officers liability, and professional indemnity, over the past 12 years.
Lockton is a provider of risk management services, commercial property/casualty insurance, surety bonds, merger and acquisition support, as well as employee benefit planning services.
