"We're definitely starting to see this," said independent property expert Henry Pryor. "It's starting to filter through. "Today's homes are very much wired to the 21st century, and more and more we're going to see that filtering down to mere mortals like you and I. You can check the contents of your fridge, turn the lights on and off and draw your bath before you've even got home."
