APV Engineered Coatings, a 135 year old manufacturer and marketer of coatings and chemical products recently held a booth at the 2013 IFAI Specialty Fabric Expo in Orlando, Florida to showcase the company's new customizable, high performance fluoropolymer coating, Vyngaurd Weldable PVDF. The company had debuted the product earlier this year.
"Since launching Vyngaurd Weldable PVDF we've received an excellent response from the marketplace and the IFAI Expo was a perfect opportunity for APV to increase brand awareness and acquire greater interest within the industry,"said Michael Couchie, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for APV.
"There was a great bit of excitement during the preparation leading up to the show and we were not disappointed,"said Erin Brown, Marketing Director for APV. Brown further explained, "Our team was very proactive with answering questions about Vynguard®, and helping potential customers determine the feasibility with their production processes. It was one of the best opportunities to gain visibility with key decision makers in flexible vinyl manufacturing and coating application businesses."
APV acquired several international opportunities, which will be handled by the company's International Sales Director, Mr. Lars Larsen. Larsen is a recent hire of the company and has over 30 years of experience in international business within the chemical products industry.

APV will be providing an Apple iPad to Lew Campanaro from Roysons Corporation, a Taylor Made R1 Driver to Frank Bradenburg, from Seaman Corporation, and a Bushnell Range Finder to Javier Galindo from Mega Plast S.A. The company expresses their appreciation for all attendees who stopped at their booth.
