Tenmat was recognised for its fire protection products
Tenmat has become the second lighting company this year to win a Queen's Award for Enterprise.The company won the prize in the Innovation category for its range of downlight fire and energy protection products.
Tenmat's product range includes engineering ceramics,high temperature resistant materials and passive fire protection solutions.
The Queen's Award for Enterprise honours UK companies that have made an outstanding contribution.?The awards are divided into three categories,including innovation,international trade and sustainable development.Last month,Lancashire-based firm ACDC was named a winner of the Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade.
