Clinical documentation and Speech Understanding solutions provider M*Modal has formed a strategic alliance with The Claro Group to help acute care hospitals to improve their clinical quality and maximize revenue cycle performance.
Under the alliance, M*Modal will serve its M*Modal Catalyst analytics platform and the Claro Group will provide its consulting services to the physicians and healthcare professionals, which can more effectively identify and address clinical documentation improvement (CDI) opportunities.
The Claro Group managing director and healthcare practice leader Venanzio Arquilla said currently hospitals are under more pressure than ever to demonstrate quality through accurate capture of the patient encounter in order to get properly reimbursed.
