Sunpan Modern Home Is More Than Doubling Its Space for The Las Vegas Market

Case goods and upholstery resource Sunpan Modern Home is more than doubling its space for the Las Vegas Market, enabling it to increase its assortment of new and inline goods shown here.

At the Jan. 26-30 show, the Canadian company will occupy 15,000 square feet in World Market Center B-700, which was formerly occupied by Orient Express.

The Dalton sideboard is part of Sunpan Modern Home's new Club collection. It is made with solid German oak and has a gray finish and stainless steel frame.

Sunpan previously showed in other spaces on the same floor. Orient Express is now showing in space B-680.

"Our new location, which is near the escalators and elevators, should give us much greater exposure," said Katherine Kalen, Sunpan's marketing director. "The additional space provides us with room to show a much broader assortment of our products, presented in a series of lifestyle displays that retailers and designers will find very engaging."

The company said it will show its new 30-piece Club collection of contemporary and modern classic case goods and upholstery. It also is introducing a new dining and occasional group made with mixed media combinations of wood and concrete.

Sunpan will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new space at 3 p.m. Jan. 27. This will be followed by a Black and White launch party inspired by the company's recent introduction of black and white original art designs. It will feature champagne, hors d'oeuvres and desserts served at the showroom's expanded bar area.
