A share buying agreement effective January 2013 has been reached between EME Maschinenfabrik Clasen GmbH and the owners of Shanghai Precision Dosing&Weighing Equipment Ltd.Both companies are successful players in the area of batch houses and cullet return systems for the glass industry.This participation,promises to make EME more competitive and allow them to achieve their aggressive growth targets.According to Managing Directors Jens Rosenthal and Egbert Wenninger,"This is an important step in the development of EME and opens further doors into global markets".
With the technical expertise of EME,the position of Shanghai Precision particularly in China will be expanded.Harry Sha General Manager of Shanghai Precision adds,"We welcome the participation of EME and are happy to have such a well known and strong partner on our side".In addition both companies can rely on the experience over several decades of Mr.Veli-Matti Enqvist,who will strengthen the sales force of both partners.
