The International Interior design Association received the 2012 EXCEL Silver Award for design Excellence from the Association of Media and Publishing for Perspective, the Association's quarterly journal. IIDA received the Silver Award in the categories of design Excellence, and the category of Overall Excellence.
Perspective previously won the design Excellence gold prize in 2010, 2007, and continues to push the envelope when it comes to design and overall aesthetics. In the fall of 2009, IIDA began to feature original art in every issue, and this dedication to great design has been received with great success across the Association's Membership.
