Interpipe Steel Announced Its Production of Crude Steel Declined by 25% in The Jan-Aug

Interpipe Steel, the electric steel-melting complex of Ukrainian steel pipe and railway wheel producer Interpipe, has announced that in the January-August period this year its production of crude steel declined by 25 percent compared to the same period of last year to 609,000 mt.

In August alone, the company produced 72,000 mt of crude steel compared to 95,000 mt in July.

Interpipe Steel is a key project for Interpipe, designed to provide the company's pipe and wheel production with its own steel billets.
