BBC Reported,The EU Member States Approved The China PV Products Registration Plan

BBC reported, the European Union member states approved the China PV products registration plan, preparing for the taxation of import market worth 21 billon Euros. Some governors warmed that the trade war may occur between Europe Union and China.

According to this plan, if they find China or China companies take the advantage of the price below the cost to sell their PV products, EU may collect penalty tariff on these products. But the specific date to implement the decision is not released.

EU stated anti-dumping investigation on China solar manufacturers on September, and tow month later, the anti-subsidy investigation began too. Meanwhile, China government denied subsidy and dumping and criticized the European governments offered unfair subsidy to the PV solar panel manufacturers. China government also proposed a formal protest to WTO.
