You will finf a  fine house,  the inside is dominated by the bright colors of lime shaved - of which the walls are covered - and  by all-natural brushed oak parquet.

The light, enters into the large French windows surrounding the living area, enhancing a room in the best way by making low energy consumption its aim.

You can understand it right now, by the details: double low-emissivity window-panes that allow to maintain a constant temperature inside the house, where windows are located so as to exploit fully the sunlight from outside.
But this is just one of the measures taken. The house, actually, was equipped with a double heating , traditional and geothermal / solar system, that through a radiant floor system allows for climate control in every corner of the house. An automatic air recirculation system allows the flows to circulate at a constant temperature, by ensuring a uniform climate and moisture-free in all environments.

Wide spaces and optimization of energy consumption, a combination that at first glance may seem an hazard but in reality, thanks to the use of the most innovative technology systems, it is not. In such an  articulated context , the By-me Vimar home automation system  plays a vital role - as explains Sergio Borsatto of the company Basso Installation - as it is able to coordinate all the systems of the house while offering health and energy savings. Inside the home, actually, every function is controlled by the home automation system that, among other things, manages to adjust the traditional heating system in order to bring it into action only when the heat produced by geothermal energy and photovoltaic power is not enough.

Low power consumption but also functionality and ease of use. Simply touch the large color display  of the several 4.3-inch touch screen positioned in various parts of the house for quick remind of several areas where the house was divided in and set centrally for eachof them the lighting and the desired temperature. Temperature, however, can be changed locally by the two thermostats - one for traditional heating and one for the renewable energy - placed in each room, as the large living room, furnished mostly with bright colored furniture and in the center of which a huge and comfortable sofa offers the homeowners the opportunity to enjoy the quiet evenings at home or enjoy reading a good book by the fireplace.

Designed to offer an additional advantage in terms of functionality the application Vimar for Microsoft Media Center also allows you to control automation, lighting and climate directly from your PC or even via the TV screen, without having to get up from the couch.

From the living room - that besides of the living room includes kitchen , dining room and study, as well - a glass staircase leads to the bedroom. Light, the structure appears almost suspended in the air. As soft and elegant are the white ice crystal plates by the Eikon series that frame to all devices in the home, by integrating perfectly with the clear tones that characterize the environment.

An environment that can be further customized by using different combinations of operation of electrical devices. We are talking about scenarios. The 'Entry scenary', for example, the opening of the gate controls the driveway and automatic garage door opener lights, drawing such a line of light that leads to inside the house, where the beautiful lamp Flos steel a marble base illuminates the entrance and welcomes the arrival of the guests.  The "Exit" scenary, instead, controls the switching off of all lights, closing blinds and setting the climate in "standby" mode, by avoiding those annoying questions that often assail us when we do not remember if we have done before you leave to do so manually. Through the scenary "Evening" finally, inside the house  is created an intimate and relaxing atmosphere while outside lighting gives life to a lighting play very fascinating.

In addition to the various touch screen, you can set and regulate the function of scenarios both from the central home automation - the real  beating heart of the whole system - and the  automation keys located in various points of the home.

By-me technology makes life easier for owners while they are away from home. Through the By-phone software Vimar actually, all functions in the home can be managed directly from the phone, which for example offers the opportunity to remotely set the temperature or adjust the lighting in individual rooms or whole house .

Our journey is now coming to an end, and we are going to leave this beautiful hom. Outside in the garden, the trees begin to take on the classic shades of autumn, by covering it with leaves, orange, yellow and red  leaves, that contrast with the brilliant blue sky.
