South Korea's Domestic Legislation with The European Similar

South Korea's domestic legislation with the European similar. South Korea signs the security norms are based on South Korea's security regulations.This legislation on July 1, 2000 was amended.The amendments cover mainly four :
1, South Korea's security rules and regulations of electronic products regulation into two categories : to hang EK - signs with the mandatory product to be displayed K - sign the non-compulsory.
2, the first factory inspections and annual inspections of factories, including Korea outside the factory is compulsory.
3, South Korea's electronic security standards and IEC standards are reconciling.
4, only the manufacturer can be the holder.
Information technology : the voltage of Korea AC110V, 220V/60Hz, Korea plugs into the grounding Class I, and not grounded in both Class II.
Certification : The holder must be manufacturers. Products subject to marking meter EK - Mark signs. EK - Mark signs also need to specify the issuing units (such as : KTL) and the certificate number (such as : SD10031 - 0013).

Inspect factories
Provide complete documentation, will be the first factory inspection. First factories to inspect the plant with the annual inspection interval is marked in accordance with South Korea's security laws involved. In general inspection is once a year.
 
Test samples
Not required to provide test samples (but has to report CB + + with poor countries EMC).
