Tips for Buying Bedding Sheets

Sheets are a textile - designed, fabricated and finished much like any garmen. Picking out bed sheets based solely on color or print is not a good idea. But the first step when deciding to buy bed sheets are picking the best matching color.

If you got a dark colored room, picking up a light color bed sheet would be the perfect match. If you got a light colored room pain, then a dark or light bed sheet would work just great.

Thread count, weave and fabric type are far more important qualities to evaluate when buying bed sheets. Thread count is the amount of thread used vertically and horizontally to create one square inch of the bed sheet’s fabric.Bed sheets with 200 to 400 thread counts are often soft and airy and are usually made with sateen or twill weave fabric. Luxury bed sheets with 500 to 1,000 thread counts are denser, silkier and heavier due to the extra thread.

Don't forget its weaves. The big factor for the finish & feel of a sheet, each weave provides different benefits.

The most important step when buying bed sheets is actually choosing the right size, etc. When we come across an amazing design, and the size is incorrect, NO! So make sure you know the size of your bed so you wont come across any problems.
